It tells the story of how Zhou Yanchuan, director of cardiac surgery, and Lu Jiming, an emergency ICU doctor, went from rivals with conflicting ideas to life-and-death partners in rescue work during the preparations for Jianing Hospital to build a joint emergency and critical care center.
