At the end of the Qin Dynasty, the world was in chaos. Pei Jingyan drifted overseas with Xu Fu's fleet, leading a group of survivors of the old Qin Dynasty, craftsmen, doctors and fleeing people to rebuild their lives on the deserted island. From salt stoves, medical sheds, and granaries to shipyards, trade routes, and military mansions, Haidong established its own rules step by step. The Chu and Han dynasties in the Central Plains were fighting against each other, but the people in Haidong were not fighting over a city or a pond, but they had to have money, ships, swords, and systems.
