This is the darkest age, with martial arts in decline and foreign powers closing in.
The foreigners' ironclad ships and cannons ruthlessly devour the national destiny of the ancient empire. Some kneel and beg the foreigners for help; others try to awaken the glory of traditional martial arts in ancient ruins.
Outside the reach of fate, Zhou Xun, a survivor of the First Sino-Japanese War, has been confined to a lonely island for thirty years.
Thirty years is a very long time.
The spirited young man he once was has become a white-haired old man, his vitality fading.
But the hatred buried deep in his heart has not wavered in the slightest. With the passage of time, it has only grown stronger.
Though he knows he may never get the chance to avenge himself in this life, fate seems to have played a little joke on him.
At the very end of his life, he awakens an astonishing trait: [One Day Equals Ten Years]!
Five days to become a Celestial Phenomenon Grandmaster! Ten days to reach the pinnacle of Grandmasters! One month to become a Profound Martial Saint!
If reason gets nowhere in this world, and the foreigners' cannon fire knows no honor, then he will use his fists to clear the way!
Facing the foreign powers' ironclad fleets and sorcery, Zhou Xun believes in only one principle:
Fists are power, and power is authority!
If no one in the world can save it, then Zhou Xun will use the ultimate path of martial arts to sweep through this troubled age and restore martial arts to glory!
Witness how a withered old man turns the tide, conquers a chaotic age, and stabilizes the nation's destiny!
