Apocalypse: From Fighting My Way Through the School Building to Rebuilding Home

[No supernatural powers + realistic survival + one heroine + a small ensemble cast]

The zombie outbreak began thirteen days before the college entrance exams.

Lin Mubai, a high school student, had just finished his cleaning duty when he heard the first scream. Then the whole world began to plunge into the abyss, and he led the surviving students to the rooftop.

With no way out, he took up a weapon and fought his way through the entire school building.

Lin Mubai always thought this was just an ordinary disaster, but everything he encountered after it began reminded him that this was all someone else's game!

When the final truth is revealed, Lin Mubai presses his knife against the neck of the person responsible and says through gritted teeth, “Wyatt, you went too far!”

The pacing is a little slow at first, but it gets exciting later.
