Yuan Xizhou became the second son of Yuan Shao in the late Han Dynasty. He volunteered to guard the North New City of Youzhou and used it to build a city and farmland to develop secretly. He broke the siege of Gongsun Zan and intercepted Hu Zhaoyun by killing the Xiongnu, and forced Dong Zhao to stay in Quyi. He governed the country based on people and technology, and changed his destiny to avoid the defeat of Guandu to dominate the world.
