Apocalypse: Everyone Has Superpowers, but I'm Just a Nobody

[Strong Female Lead] [No Romance]

When disaster strikes, it first grants the world a glorious spectacle.

A rare comet turns out to be the beginning of calamity.

A livestream unveils the opening of the apocalypse.

Feels like this is doomed. Let me explain the setting. I’m actually pretty happy with it (a little smug).

The zombies are caused by the Tu people, life forms similar to microorganisms. The comet is actually their spaceship.

The Tu people survive by parasitizing Hosts. Those who are parasitized become zombies, and the Tu people can use their Hosts’ life force to divide and replicate their spores.

The Tu people can mutate. Their parasites transform into symbiotes, causing some infected humans to become superpowered.

But because of genetic defects, the superpowered cannot evolve on their own. They have to absorb zombie crystals. And then there’s the protagonist’s power (my writing’s not great, so I barely wrote anything about her, but I swear Jiang Xiao really is the protagonist, okay? T﹏T): invisibility. Except that’s not actually what it is. Her power can repair these defects, allowing her to evolve on her own and become the legendary, legendary, legendary, legendary Saint-tier superpowered.

Here’s a little idea I had: the highest-level zombies, the Emperor-tier zombies, don’t evolve from King-tier zombies. They evolve from superpowered humans. It takes a Host, a symbiote, and a parasite all in one to bring one into being.

Of course, Saint-tier superpowered are definitely the strongest.

Then it’s time to fight, kill, and rule the universe and all that... Yep, that’s it. The end.

Thanks for reading.
