SSS-Rank Talent? Sorry, It's Mine Now

[Invincible; One Female Lead; Equipment System; Ruthless and Decisive]

Li Ji stands on the awakening platform and is judged to have a ‘B’-rank talent.

The former genius falls back to earth. The perennial runner-up, armed with an A-rank spear, mocks him to his face, while the whole school laments the fall of a prodigy.

Only Su Jinyao, his childhood friend who awakened the SSS-rank Nine-Hearted Heavenly Lotus, remains by his side.

But is that really the case?

A few years later, at the National Youth Tournament:

“I’m an S-rank talent, the Sword Hero in the Rain…”

Three minutes later, his face is planted beneath Li Ji’s feet.

“What? You can’t even break through my defenses? An S-rank talent dropped? Dismantle.”

“I have an SSS-rank talent, Time Stop!”

Bang.

“Not bad. I’ll take that talent. Saves me the experience I’d have spent upgrading.”

The moment Li Ji stood on the awakening platform, he had already activated the Equipment System.

Anyone he defeats, whether human or beast, has a chance to drop talent equipment. It can be equipped directly, dismantled for upgrades, and stacked and enhanced without limit.

Other people are geniuses among geniuses if they have an SSS-rank talent. As for Li Ji, well, he has more than he can count.

S-rank? Trash. If one drops, I can’t even be bothered to pick it up.
