“Why did you come on Wild Hearts?” Lu Yan answers with elegant composure: “To challenge myself.” The comments: “Yeah, right! You had eight assistants while filming in the desert!” Shen Qingqing walks by, rolling her eyes. Lu Yan catches her: “I'm here to look after my little sister.” Shen Qingqing pulls free. Lu Yan leans closer: “That ‘stomachache’ message you sent last night?” Shen Qingqing bristles: “Wrong chat!” The comments: “So the medication delivery trending topic was real!”

That evening, they get assigned to the same team. Lu Yan hands her some water. “Drink.” Shen Qingqing drinks half, then gives it back. “Thanks, bro.” Lu Yan smiles and finishes the rest. The comments: “Indirect kiss!”

That night, he sends her a voice message: “Avoid me tomorrow, and I'll post that video of you crying three years ago.” Shen Qingqing smacks her pillow. The next day, she sits beside him with a sweet smile. “If you dare post it, I'll put the three hundred photos of you sleeping from your phone online.” Lu Yan's smile stiffens. “You went through my phone?” Shen Qingqing answers without a hint of shame: “Your password is my birthday.” The comments: “Your password is your little sister's birthday?”

The director calls for filming to start. They stand side by side, Lu Yan's hand hovering behind her waist as she walks half a step slower. The comments: “I'm watching this show all the way through!”
