Southern Archives: Salt-Baked Shrimp Takes on the Wang Family’s Mo Yun Gao

This story will feature some sweet everyday tales about Salt-Baked Shrimp. I’ll write whatever comes to mind, expanding on the plot of the earliest TV adaptation and reworking the story. I’ll keep writing all the way through to the generation of Wu Xie and the others, because I hope Salt and Shrimp will stay together forever and live to a hundred. The story will be told in separate arcs. There will be sweet romances, including one about Black Shrimp, who is both cunning and formidable, disguising himself as Little Jasmine to lure Sea Salt into a trap. There will also be crossovers and stories inspired by later ideas, including tales about the Heroic Tower. One such sweet story follows Sea Tower from the Tower Beyond Worlds, who enters an illusion out of his longing to see Shrimp Boy. I write slowly, but I have no plans to finish it anytime soon, because I hope Salt and Shrimp will stay together forever.
