[Revenge + Seven Great Evil Demons + Nine Sacred Swords + Three Great Tomes + Various Kingdoms + Churches and Sects + Ensemble Cast]
Dongfang Xiao was born with a special constitution that made it nearly impossible for him to awaken his innate divine abilities. He became a Fallen One, scorned and despised by all. Years of cold stares and mockery left him increasingly despondent, nearly ready to give up on himself.
Then fate took a sudden turn. A meticulously planned, world-shaking conspiracy engulfed his homeland. His village was destroyed overnight, leaving blood everywhere. The massacre hung over him like a debt of vengeance, his beloved older sister had vanished, and the peaceful, happy life he once knew became a thing of the past.
With no one to turn to for vengeance and nowhere else to go, Dongfang Xiao had no choice but to grip the one hope he had left and set out on the road ahead. The world was in chaos: kingdoms were divided, sects sprang up everywhere, and churches plotted in the shadows. The Seven Great Evil Demons watched the world hungrily, the Nine Sacred Swords lay sealed in legend, and the Three Great Tomes held the secrets of heaven and earth.
He traveled alone, tracking down the culprits and searching for his sister. Struggling to survive amid a web of conspiracies, he pursued a single-minded quest for revenge, defying fate as he went.
