[A daily-life-focused Peking Opera Cats fanfic]
Yun Ming, an office worker, heads out during the morning rush hour and gets hit by “great fortune”: he transmigrates into Peking Opera Cats as that giant spider.
The main story hasn’t started yet.
The good news: the jade pendant he bought from a roadside stall came with him. It can absorb Rhythm Energy and transform him into a cat.
The bad news: transforming won’t change his roots. He can’t awaken the Rhythm Energy of any of the Twelve Sects, so body cultivation is his only option.
The jade pendant passes on martial arts, creates breathing techniques, and provides sword manuals. With a heavy sword in hand, he charges into battle with his physical strength.
His original spider form retains its consciousness and shares his vision, making it scout, guide, and support all at once.
To join the Starry Alignment Class, Yun Ming tells stories at a teahouse and deals with demons, successfully earning his place.
After joining, Yun Ming swears he’ll change all the story’s heartbreaking tragedies. (Except that Tang Ming gets taken away not long from the start, but he absolutely won’t die.)
It's well written and the logic is clear. I like it very much.
