The Seven Deadly Sins: A Record of Defying Fate to Claim the Crown

Thirty thousand years ago, Su Jin used himself as bait to suppress the Great Void and bring peace to all realms. Thirty thousand years later, he was met not with gratitude, but with an army of weapons turned against their master and a betrayal by the Heavenly Dao! The lofty Immortal Court treated him like dirt, while billions of living beings cursed him as a traitor. Only then did he understand: benevolence was a shackle, and compassion a sin. When he opened his eyes again, the once-divine Venerable had become Ling Ye, a mortal good-for-nothing. From the start, the whole village sacrifices him? He brings down a beast tide instead and slaughters every enemy! The world knows only that he bears the sins of the Seven Sects, but not that these “sins” are the ancient calamity he sealed with his own hands! At the brink of death, a sinister, mocking voice rang in his mind: “Want to live? Lend me your body… In exchange, I’ll kill them all for you.” Ling Ye sneered. “Trying to possess me? Let’s see who devours whom in the end!” In this life, he cast aside all tenderness and abandoned all benevolence. He dances on the edge of a blade, making a deal with the devil. Since all living beings have betrayed me, I’ll defy fate and seize the crown. I’d rather rebel against Heaven itself and shatter this false peak!
