[Perona + Making Up for Regrets + Lighthearted + Soul-Soul Fruit]
Perona obtains the [Wish-Fulfiller System]. As long as she helps people fulfill their wishes, she can grow stronger.
As Perona fulfills one person’s wish after another, she not only develops and even awakens her Devil Fruit ability, but also awakens the Three Types of Haki. Kaido trembles in fear in Wano Country, and Enel gets his wish and goes to the moon. Even Blackbeard is forced by someone to become a black-haired loli… Beyond all that, she wants people throughout the world to be able to pursue their own wishes without being oppressed by the Celestial Dragons.
Not bad, not bad. [Laughing] Tie Tie
