[One Female Lead] [Sweet Workplace Romance] [Older-Sister-Type Girlfriend] [Easygoing Everyday Life] [Tender Romance] [Two Strong Leads] [A Little Wish Fulfillment] [All Scenes Handcrafted, Completely Realistic, and Highly Praised]
Intern Jiang Chen goes to the director's office at two in the morning to deliver a proposal and save a project that's on the verge of collapse. Instead, he accidentally walks in on the famously icy director, Gu Qingtang, doing yoga.
He thinks he'll be fired on the spot. But at the morning meeting the next day, he sees Director Gu sitting at the head of the table, coolly calling on him to speak... He's screwed!
Jiang Chen is terrified and thinks it's all over. But as they spend more time together, he realizes he and the female tyrant actually get along pretty well.
Whenever Jiang Chen logs off and shuts down, Gu Qingtang walks out of her office?
The most troublesome part is that Jiang Chen gradually starts admiring his decisive, no-nonsense boss. But he also can't let go of Wan Feng, the adorable older-sister figure in Absolute Island who plays terribly but loves to act cute.
Gu Qingtang is facing the same problem.
“Bro, I have a friend who likes both a clingy girl in a game and an icy boss in real life.”
“Weiwei, I have a friend who likes both the jungler brother who carries her in-game and the troublemaking intern at her company.”
“That scheming older sister is you!”
“And you're the brat who kept saying I was bad at the game!”
Jiang Chen looks at the gorgeous, mature woman blocking him in front of his desk and chuckles softly. “So... Director Gu, are we duo-queuing again tonight?”
