The Record of Evil

The setting line of this book is really dense, including the four oracles, the third realm, the soul-stealing plan, the wedding bureau of Blood Dream Lake, and the dimensional fusion of Sandie Mio. Several lines are laid out at the same time. The names and powers of the first few chapters are a bit tight, and you have to keep up with your brain, otherwise it will be easy to get confused, but after reading it, it is really enjoyable. In the later period, several lines began to converge and collide. The reversal scene of Hiiragi Mushuang's awakening was a direct explosion, and the foreshadowing was also buried deep. The "power loss" was planted from the first shot of a slight sense of stagnation, which runs through the whole story. The disadvantage is that the threshold is indeed a bit high. It is not the kind of mindless novel, so be patient in the early stage. Overall it's worth pursuing, but the pitfall at the end left me scratching my head.

It's a pity that this novel was published in the wrong place Let's talk about the conclusion first: The foundation of this book is really good, but the first release here is considered a secret investment. This kind of fantasy that focuses on setting, has a slow pace, and requires patience to read, if placed elsewhere, it is likely to attract a group of hard-core readers, and the number of readers will not be as low as it is now. The advantages are very real: the world view is solid, the system of sin, the rules of spirit hunting, and the rules of trial are designed with a sense of hierarchy, not a random set. The battle is not just a battle of numerical values, but a game with rules, which makes it enjoyable to watch. Feng Yumeng and Hiiragi Mushuang, the two gods and demons, are well written with a sense of fate and pull, without any clichés. The shortcomings are also obvious: there is too much information in the early stage, the pace is slow, and it is easy to dissuade passers-by in the first three chapters. The supporting roles are not evenly distributed, and the emotional foreshadowing of Rin and Mitsuha Oriye's exits is lacking. The text sometimes pursues description too much, and the dialogue is more stage-like, lacking a bit of the refreshing feeling that web writing should have. Overall, this is a work that requires patience and is worth savoring. Unfortunately, the algorithm and audience here are not very fond of it. If you change the place, it will definitely not be as popular as it is now.

This novel is really good to read as a refreshing novel, with three butterflies and Mio looking at each other, a red dream that is completely golden, and the setting of spiritual crystals + inversions directly reminds me of Date Live, but the author played his own tricks. There are so many foreshadowings, and the twists in the later stages are one after another, which is really enjoyable to watch. The only problem was that the start was so grinding that I almost couldn't hold on. Overall, it's worth seeing.
