[Brothers] [Father and Son] [Power Struggles] [Warfare] [Redemption] [Discipline]
Modern setting, alternate world
After luckily passing the training camp assessment, Qin Lang looks forward to returning to Yunzhou. But he is unexpectedly captured by rebels, and then unexpectedly reunites with his mother.
For his mother's happiness and to comfort his close friend, Qin Lang is forced to enter the Puni military camp and become a soldier of the kingdom, heading to the battlefield to fight off the rebels.
In harsh conditions, Qin Lang can only endure humiliation and bide his time, searching for the right opportunity to distinguish himself. Fortunately, his friend A Lai stays by his side and helps him rebuild his confidence and overcome every obstacle.
Yet fate seems indifferent to all his efforts, dragging him into one heartbreaking disaster and redemption after another...
This story is entirely fictional. It has some sweetness amid the angst, but it is not a warm, fluffy modern romance.
If you are still willing to let me finish telling this story, then let's see together how these precious, sincere hearts refuse to compromise and grow resilient in the face of hardship...
Both "If He Is Still Alive" and "Losing You in Exchange for Your Happiness" seem to be written around my mother. The name seems to be chosen because of my mother. Although most of the content is about father and son, I think anyone can feel sorry for Qin Lang, but not his mother.
It still makes your heart throb and hurts when you watch it, but it's really beautiful.
