Smash the Melodrama! Take This Slap!

[No romance; the female lead shines on her own. The original novel's plot holds other secrets, with a twist]

The heroine of the novel Bu Wan was reading was so pitiful that her blood pressure shot up, and she passed out in a fit of rage. By a twist of fate, her overwhelming frustration attracted a Slap System, which packed her up and threw her into the world of the book (yes, the very book that had angered her into fainting). And so Bu Wan began a life of figuring out how to slap people.

You get a slap, he gets a slap, and the scumbag gets the Eighteen Dragon-Subduing Palms.

System: Do you often feel frustrated? Do you frequently feel helpless because you can't slap someone through the screen? Don't worry, don't fret. The Slap System is here to serve you, and guarantees you'll get your fill of slapping. Your stress will melt away!

Bu Wan: Really? I don't believe it. What kind of sane person slaps people in the cultivation world?

Unbothered, absurdist readers; an adorable, cute System; the mysterious heroine of the original book; the original book's male lead, who is an absolute menace; and the original book's eccentric supporting actresses. Things seem to be getting interesting...
