Seven Years at a Standstill

“I spent seven years secretly loving someone, three years forgetting him, and another three learning to live without him.

Until that day, when I picked up a bottle of Sprite at the supermarket, then gently put it back.

I finally understood: some bubbles have to fade so life can return to the calm of plain water.

Thank you, Xu Minglang. Goodbye.”
