I Livestream the Ancestors Watching the Gaokao on the Sky Screen!

Chen Yuan binds himself to the sky screen System and brings the founding emperors of countless dynasties to watch the modern college entrance exam.

Qin Shi Huang thinks choosing talent in later ages can't be all that impressive. But when he sees a million students sitting the exam on the same day, he realizes this isn't just a test. It's a crossroads that determines the fate of an entire generation.

Li Shimin thinks the imperial examination system is already the ideal way to govern a prosperous age. But then he sees the gaokao, university applications, Project 985, Project 211, and Double First-Class universities, and discovers that later generations choose talent with painstaking precision, down to majors, cities, and future careers.

When Zhu Yuanzhang sees poor students changing their destinies through education, tears fill his eyes. When Fan Jin watches the exam results come out, with some people leaping for joy and others breaking down, he falls silent.

Computer science at Tsinghua, aeronautics at Beihang, an eight-year clinical medicine program, English at an ordinary undergraduate college, mechanical and electrical engineering at a vocational college, CNC machining, excavators, cranes...

When the founding emperors see that the young people of later generations don't just study the classics, but can also build rockets, write code, perform surgery, operate steel behemoths, and make machines work on their own, the emperors of every dynasty are utterly stunned!

But when the sky screen goes on to show how each dynasty ends, Qin Shi Huang urgently asks whether the Qin will last for thousands of generations. Chen Yuan can only sigh and say:

“Ancestor, you'd better stop watching. I'm afraid you'll be crushed.”

The next moment, the Qin dynasty falls after just two generations.

The Han court has barely started laughing when Chen Yuan opens The Final Chapter of the Great Han.

From then on, the emperors of every dynasty are collectively crushed.
