Seven years ago, Lin Wan's older sister fell into the river and disappeared, leaving behind only a suicide note. Seven years later, Lin Wan, now a therapist, receives an anonymous recording: her sister did not kill herself.
The woman who left the recording disappears soon afterward. The detective investigating the case, Shen Yan, is Lin Wan's former lover, who left without a word, and the last person to see her sister. As the investigation deepens, a case involving the disappearance of a young girl, covered up for years, gradually comes to light. Lin Wan also begins to remember that she was at the scene the night her sister fell into the river.
The case must be solved, old scores must be settled, and her ex may not make it out unscathed. The suspense and romance will both get the attention they deserve. I’ll try to update daily, avoid leaving loose ends, and do my best to tie them up if I do.
