Zheng Yichen is a long-time non-chief who has never produced an SSR in a card drawing game. One day, he was bound by a mysterious power called the "Moral System" and was told that the Eastern fantasy world he was in was just a "card drawing game" in a higher dimension.
The rules of the system are simple: complete tasks and obtain "moral points", which are used to draw cards. But the content of the mission made Zheng Yichen's scalp numb - the missions issued by the system usually asked him to be a "villain", such as: humiliating geniuses in public, snatching opportunities from the protagonist, betraying partners who trust him...
What's even more weird is that the rewards given by the system are extremely tempting: SSR-level skills, god-level physiques, heaven-defying magic weapons... As long as you complete the task, you will have everything in the card drawing pool.
Zheng Yichen originally wanted to stick to his heart, but could not withstand the threat of the system: if he did not complete the task, he would die. In the struggle between death and morality, he had to go against his conscience to perform tasks again and again, becoming a "villain" in the eyes of others.
But as the mission deepens, Zheng Yichen gradually discovers that something is wrong with the world - the "children of destiny" who were bullied by him all seem to be pretenders; those so-called opportunities for the protagonist are all traps preset by the system. And the system that issues tasks hides a more terrifying truth...
