[Urban suspense + team investigations + strange happenings in the old city + no System]
Every day, one address disappears from Haiyue City.
Navigation apps route around it. Packages can't be delivered there. Even the people who live there are gradually forgotten by their friends and family.
Lu Chuan is a plaque restorer at the city's Place Name Archive Restoration Center. Whenever a red deletion warning appears, he must repair the address plaque before midnight. Otherwise, everyone in the building will become addressless.
Once he repairs a plaque, he can enter the final hour the city erased from that place and uncover the truth. But every time he saves a “home,” one of his own ties to a place vanishes from reality.
Then the thirteenth black address plaque appears, spelling out a street with no entrances that has never existed.
At the end of that street is the name of his father, who disappeared eighteen years ago.
