Lei Yan, a veteran Kamen Rider fan, is unexpectedly reborn in the Build world, divided by the Skywall.
He thinks he’ll have to watch helplessly as Smash and Rider battles rage on, but then he unexpectedly binds the Odin Rider Deck and gains mastery over the ultimate power to control time.
Time stops, time rewinds, and a hundred dragons appear at once. Odin’s powers let him run rampant in the Build world, easily rewriting the fate of Pandora’s Box.
Dimensional gateways open automatically, and from then on he travels through the worlds of various Riders, stirring up trouble wherever he goes.
He throws Zi-O’s timeline into chaos, meddles in the Desire Grand Prix, and interferes with the Bugster crisis in Ex-Aid. He throws every protagonist’s story off course.
Villainous monsters go out of their way to avoid him, while the orthodox Riders can do nothing about him. As he collects Rider cards from the entire series, he gleefully stirs up trouble in every world.
With Odin’s power over time and space as his foundation, he roams freely through the Rider multiverse. No one can restrain this carefree traveler through time and space!
