Reunion in the Fifth Year

Mu Anan was framed by her stepmother and was kicked out of the Mu family after having a relationship with Gu Yueshen. Five years later, she became a single mother and returned with a pair of twins, but she joined a company acquired by Gu. Gu Yueshen recognized her and thought she was a scheming woman who repeatedly made things difficult for her. When Mu Anan was drugged by a client, Gu Yueshen came to the rescue, and the relationship subtly changed. Eventually, Gu Yueshen discovered the existence of the child, and a paternity test confirmed that he was the biological father. He begged to make amends, and Mu Anan agreed to let him have access to the child, but the future of the relationship was still uncertain.
