JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: The Shackles of Justice

Julian Cosmos Joestar is from the world of JoJo. He belongs to the Joestar family and was born in Italy. In this world, some people awaken a spiritual entity called a “Stand,” which they can use to protect themselves or attack others. Those without Stands cannot see them. However, some people use their Stands for evil. The protagonist is a police officer who gets caught up in a certain “mysterious organization” because of a case. After finding a letter left behind by his missing father, he sets out to find him and pursue justice.

People in this world can awaken Stands in the following ways: through Joestar bloodline or through an arrow (those chosen awaken a Stand; those who aren't chosen die). The protagonist awakened his early.

A Stand's strength depends on its six-stat chart, but even more on its user's mental strength. The stronger the mind, the stronger the Stand. Put simply, most people grow weaker mentally as they age, and their Stands weaken along with them. Those in their prime, however, have powerful Stands. Some Stands have special abilities, including the protagonist's.

The lowest Stand stat is E. From lowest to highest, the ranks are E, D, C, B, A, and ♾️. Every Stand has its own stat chart, though some have no stats at all.

However, Stands with no stats across the board are generally only bug-level Stands such as “causality” or “world-type” Stands, and are extremely rare.

Stands are connected to their users and are divided into item-type, abstract-type, and humanoid-type (which come in all shapes and sizes).

Some Stands have their own consciousness, but the user is still in charge. In other words, the Stand User controls the Stand.

Damage to a Stand is shared with its user, and only a Stand can harm another Stand.
