"The Black Robe" Is an Anti-Superhero Dark Satire

It tells the story of a group of spontaneously formed "picket" members who fought to the death with the evil superpowers of Vought International in order to prevent the sanctimonious and corrupt "superheroes" from abusing their superpowers to harm the world.
