Naruto: The Flower of Ice

This novel is: single, mostly everyday life, no angst.

In the fifty-third year of Konoha, the Uchiha coup was brewing like a storm.

Shisui Uchiha, known as the “Teleporter,” resolved to use his most powerful genjutsu, Kotoamatsukami, to change the clan leader's mind and single-handedly prevent a civil war between his clan and Konoha. Danzo Shimura coveted the power of Kotoamatsukami and secretly laid a deadly trap, hoping to use the trick of Izanagi to seize Shisui's pair of Mangekyo Sharingan.

No one expected that a figure the clan had always underestimated was hiding at Shisui's side: his younger sister, Uchiha Bingdie. Deep in the woods by the Naka River, before Danzo's hand could reach Shisui's eye, Bingdie's ice spikes had already sealed off every escape route.

“Sorry, but I have the Mangekyo Sharingan too.”

A tragedy that should have been inevitable took an unknown turn.
