Also known as Reborn in 2006: From Top Gaokao Scorer to Ruling the Entertainment Industry for 20 Years
[Rebirth] [Internet and entertainment industries] [Business warfare] [Multiple heroines] [Slow pace] [Film, TV, and music] [Variety shows] [Lots of comedy]
Xu Chen is reborn in the summer of 2006, and from the start, he becomes the top scorer in the national college entrance exam.
Everyone thinks he’ll aim for Tsinghua or Peking University and pursue scientific research, but instead he heads straight to the Central Academy of Drama to break into entertainment.
No one knows he’s playing a grand game whose scale they can’t even begin to comprehend.
First, he lays the groundwork in the internet industry, seizing control of the lifeblood of the next twenty years’ traffic era.
Then he sweeps through entertainment, making his mark in novels, hit songs, film and television, variety shows, and the entertainment industries of China, Japan, Korea, and the West.
He appears on the Olympic stage, vies for an Oscar, and reveals one trump card after another. He never lets a slight go unanswered.
He isn’t ruled by romance. His career comes first, and the women by his side are just a bonus.
Watch as the top exam scorer rides the wave of the times and builds an entertainment empire from scratch, one that will reign for twenty years.
[This is not a brainless, fast-paced power fantasy. It’s a slow-paced story focused on everyday life. If that’s not for you, please don’t waste your time.]
That's it, I can't stand it
Come on update quickly
Too many details, too few words
Chen Xiaoyun's many appearances in the plot annoy me
Writing a book is not easy, five stars!
It actually sucked
It's not so much a slow pace as it is nonsense literature or a watery word count. Maybe I was impatient, because I read about 10 chapters, all of which were about school life. And it's no fun.
It feels too exaggerated
