[Female-Led Power Fantasy] [All Pairings] [Snake Imagery] [Secret Identity] [Anti-Smoking Ambassador] [Finishing Blows] [Flexible Morality] [No Transmigration into a Book or System] [Extreme Content Warning]
Zhang Ruiyi as a human, be like: The world is full of schemes. How do you grab what you can and get it into your own bowl while surviving in the cracks?
Zhang Ruiyi as a nonhuman, be like: The world keeps suppressing me. I'm so sick of it! I'll kill every last one of them!
Believing that whatever you don't get is something you've lost, Zhang Ruiyi saves a rubber plantation, pockets some of the Mo faction's troops, pries people and money out of Zhang Qishan's hands, and blows up the Queen Mother of the West's Palace... Just the everyday fine-tuning of an “outsider.”
The heroine has psychic abilities and a special identity, but this isn't an unstoppable power fantasy. She will save characters who are doomed to die, but probably not out of a sudden burst of kindness. She's no babysitter.
Romance doesn't take up much of the story. The heroine is always in charge, and she takes the initiative in some relationships.
