"Si Yu, Yun Xuan is a rich young master. What can you possibly offer that compares?"

The original owner spent three years desperately chasing after a girl, only to be pushed over by a scheming green-tea girl and fall to his death.

When he opened his eyes again, he was now Si Yu, armed with an enormous library of hit songs from Earth.

He wasn't the same fool as before.

For his first performance, he took the stage with "I Don't Care About You" and brought the house down.

When biased judges tried to give him a hard time, he fired back with gentle yet cutting, Lin Daiyu-style unhinged prose, using biting sarcasm to crush the competition.

Then he followed up with "Eliminated," catching the green-tea girl completely off guard once again.

The judges targeted him, haters spread rumors, the show throttled his exposure, and the powerful figures behind the scenes joined forces to blacklist him...

Just as everyone thought Si Yu was doomed, a female CEO appeared before him like a ray of light. Her single word, "I dare," gave him all the confidence he needed.

From then on, they supported one another, helped each other heal, and made each other better.

"People Like Me," "The Brightest Star in the Night Sky," "Against the War," "Beyond Light Years," "A Heart Still Chasing Dreams," "The Me I Used to Be," "Born Like Summer Flowers"...

Ten timeless masterpieces swept the internet, and he claimed every spot in the top ten of the new-song charts.

Not long afterward, filming began on the industry's top music variety show, "New Voices of Chinese Music."

The scumbag borrowed from loan sharks to pretend he came from a wealthy family, then brought the green-tea girl on as a contestant, hoping to make a comeback against all odds.

But when the stage elevator rose...

Seated in the only ultra-premium center mentor's chair was none other than Si Yu!

From topping the domestic entertainment charts to taking Chinese-style music overseas, from sweeping the hit-song awards to reigning supreme at the GMA Global Summit!

In this life, Si Yu would become a legend all over again!
