Passionate + ensemble cast + single heroine or no heroine + divine system
The day Su Huo made a pact with the Kitchen God, everyone said he was finished.
But no one told Su Huo that the Kitchen God had another name: Siming Zaojun, the God of Fate and the Hearth.
He governs a family's fortunes and misfortunes, records the good and evil of humankind, and commands the flames of every hearth under heaven.
When a million Devouring Beasts besieged the city, Su Huo lit every stove in town.
That night, they finally understood:
In a place where 1.4 billion people eat, Su Huo is a god.
See how Su Huo becomes a dashing young man in fine clothes, riding a fine horse.
(Note: Whether they are supporting characters or villains, everyone in this book has a life of their own. It leans toward an ensemble cast, of course, but the story is told primarily from the protagonist's point of view. It's definitely a great read.)
It's really not bad. Gods are quite fun. I'm curious about the monkey brother later on.
So far, it's pretty good
