I Have an Abnormal Work Order

At two in the morning, programmer Lu Xun receives a work order that shouldn't exist: fix Room 404 in the morgue at Jincheng Third Hospital.

The work order contains just three rules: Don't look back. Don't answer calls from unknown numbers. Don't let the dead see your name.

At first, he thinks it's a prank. Then, once the task is complete, a girl who vanished three years ago is actually “restored” from the database.

After that, the last bus of the night, an empty livestream, an elevator in an old apartment complex, and midnight food-delivery orders all start glitching one after another. With every anomaly he fixes, another layer of reality's cover-up is stripped away.

Lu Xun gradually realizes that this city isn't haunted. Someone has entered the living, the dead, the missing, and unsolved cases from the past into a single System.
