A Top National Doctor Reborn, From the Start, I Abandon Medicine for the Military

In his previous life, Shen Yan was the youngest medical authority in the country, but he worked himself to death during a grueling stretch of back-to-back surgeries.

Reborn as a college freshman, he looks at the mountain of medical textbooks and residency contracts in front of him.

Shen Yan snaps. “Whoever wants this lousy doctor’s job can have it. I’m going to enlist and lie flat as an ordinary grunt!”

On the day he signs up, he activates the Medical and Martial Arts System.

Military training instantly unlocks cutting-edge medical technology.

Successfully treating the wounded dramatically boosts his combat abilities!

He only wanted to take it easy in the army, but during an exercise, his company commander is badly injured and none of the military doctors can do anything.

Shen Yan pulls out his combat knife and performs a flawless craniotomy in the field.

The country’s top medical experts rush to the military base for a consultation, only to be stunned when they discover the lead surgeon is a brand-new private!

Later, he beats the special forces champion until he’s sprawled on the ground, while medical authorities line up to ask him for surgical advice.

Shen Yan looks at the gleaming stars on his shoulder and sighs helplessly.

“I really only wanted to be an ordinary grunt from the start!”
