Dorgon throws him into Love in the Courtyard to prove himself.
Dorgon even thoughtfully provides him with a golden finger.
Yan Cheng's soul transmigrates into Yan Jiecheng, and he binds himself to a System.
When Yan Jiecheng discovers that Jia Dongxu is still alive, he goes off to join the army.
On the day Jia Dongxu is supposed to die, Yan Jiecheng returns with military honors.
That's when he begins taking over Qin Huairu.
To avoid repeating Dorgon's mistake, he devises a series of schemes,
all to prove that marrying a widow with children can turn out just fine.
