My Daughter Sang “Little Worms Fly,” and I Was Exposed on Five Ha

Lin Mo transmigrates into a parallel world and discovers that its entertainment industry is missing a vast number of works.

While others who transmigrate scramble for a chance to take the stage, he just wants to quietly become a power behind the scenes.

He writes songs and scripts, occasionally passing a few of his works to people in the industry.

A mysterious creator signing their work “Wei” soon has the entire entertainment industry both enamored and wary.

Later, he meets Shen Wei, a singer who has hit rock bottom.

One classic song after another takes Shen Wei from being mocked across the internet to becoming a top star.

At the height of her fame, Shen Wei suddenly retires, gets married, and has a daughter, hiding Lin Mo away from the world.

Years later, Shen Wei brings her five-year-old daughter, Lin Muyao, onto the show Happy Campers.

The production team hopes to ride the wave of the star’s comeback, but they never expected that the real draw would be the little girl in her arms.

“Daddy wrote ‘Little Insects Fly’ for Yaoyao!”

“Daddy says you have to watch the current before you go fishing!”

“Daddy also taught Yaoyao how to cook, speak English, pick locks, and tell stories!”

With every childish revelation Yaoyao makes, the whole internet erupts.

He can write songs, cook, fish, speak English, write scripts, make variety shows, and even raise his five-year-old daughter to be a little genius.

The internet goes wild.

“Who exactly is Lin Mo?”

“Shen Wei, you’ve been hiding him way too well!”

“Please, just let Lin Mo make one public appearance!”

With the whole internet clamoring for more, the director comes knocking in person, celebrities line up to ask for songs, and viewers obsessively dig through the past.

Shen Wei clutches her husband protectively, looking wary.

“He’s mine. Nobody’s allowed to steal him!”

Lin Mo looks at the little traitor who’s let the secret out and sighs silently.

“Yaoyao, Daddy just wanted to raise you in peace. How did you put him on the trending list?”
