Great Qin: The Eldest Princess Catches Me Faking It

Su Yan is an oddball among AI geeks: he completed both his undergraduate and master's degrees at Tsinghua, has three papers at top conferences, a detached house powered entirely by clean energy, and a custom-built computing server room.

Unfortunately, he doesn't care about money, socializing, or starting a business. All he loves is tinkering with code and hardware.

He wakes up one day to find that he and his entire house have transmigrated to the Great Qin.

The UPS is running, the solar panels are turning, and the server room is still online.

The ancient people mistake his house for an immortal's cave dwelling.

On the first day, an old woodcutter kneels at the entrance and calls him an immortal master.

On the second day, Princess Ying Qingyi, out on an excursion, wanders in by mistake. Gazing at the rooms that light up by themselves and the crystal lamps that never go out, she declares, "I want this cave dwelling torn down."

Su Yan: "Your Highness, this is a UPS, not immortal magic."

Ying Qingyi: "If I say it's immortal magic, then it is."

From then on, he is swept into the Great Qin's political maelstrom. The princess wants to tear out his UPS, Ying Zheng wants to appoint him Imperial Preceptor, Lü Buwei wants to lock him in prison, and charlatans from the martial world want to ruin his reputation...

All he wants is to write code and tweak hardware in peace, but the turbulent age of the Great Qin won't give him that chance.

This is a hard-hitting tale of an AI geek taking on the political intrigues of the Great Qin, with a focus on "comedy with logic."
