When the apocalypse arrives, humanity changes under a purple-red glow. Some awaken superpowers, some cannot endure it and turn into monsters called Aberrants, while most simply become physically stronger.

On his way back to the village, the protagonist, Wang Mo, runs into a childhood friend who is also heading home. And so the story begins.

Faced with an unknown world, humanity can only adapt and overcome it one step at a time.
