Synopsis
Lu Ming finished reading Akame ga Kill! and smashed his keyboard in a rage.
Sheele died in an alley, and the screen was flooded with comments saying, "I can't get over this." At three in the morning, an unfamiliar comment appeared: "Want to save her? Then go." White light exploded across the screen, and he transmigrated.
He landed right in that alley. Sheele was slumped against the wall, and Bulat's pet little beast had its jaws full of sharp teeth. Without thinking, Lu Ming charged in, knocked the monster aside, and shoved her out of the alley. Then he was bitten to death.
The pocket watch burst with white light, and time rewound. He was alive again, and a new crack had appeared on the watch.
Later, he discovered that every time the watch rewound time, it took a memory from his mind.
But whenever he forgot something, someone was always there to say, "It's okay. I remember."
The people in Night Raid were assassins, snipers, killers, and beastmen, each better at fighting than the last and each worse at talking like a normal person. Akame showed her affection by waiting for him on the roof every day with rice dumplings. Mine showed hers by slipping notes under his water bottle. Sheele showed hers by cooking an extra bowl of soup each day. Leone showed hers by pinning him down in a tavern and making him drink Northern Snowfire.
And Lu Ming wanted only one thing: to save them all.
He didn't know how many cracks the pocket watch in his hand could take. But he knew that not one person in that house could be lost.
She wielded a pair of scissors that were taller than a person and fought hard. A gash was torn out in the left leg, from the root of the thigh to the knee. The flesh was rolled out and blood flowed down the side.
It's really well written. I recommend everyone to come and read it. Can we add more female protagonists?
