The Su family's crystal chandelier made my eyes hurt.
I stood in the middle of the hall, holding the red marriage certificate in my hand, my fingertips turning white. All around were relatives of the Su family, and a few wealthy people I didn't know. Each of them was holding a glass of red wine, and their eyes looked like they were watching a show.
"Shen Moyan, sign it."
Su Wan stood in front of me, wearing a white dress with exquisite makeup. The diamond necklace around her neck reflected the dazzling light. She slapped a divorce agreement on my chest, and the paper clattered.
"We're not married yet," I said.
"So what? Two years of engagement and two years of you living and drinking in our house for free. Isn't it enough?" Su Wan's voice was cold, as cold as the string of diamonds around her neck. "I, Su Wan, can't afford to lose this person. I have carried the title of son-in-law for our family for two years. Now it's enough."
The butler Uncle Liu behind me wanted to step forward, but I raised my hand to stop him. The old man's eyes were red and his lips were trembling, unable to speak.
"Sign or not?" Su Wan asked impatiently.
