Black Hole System: I Help Yao Ming Shoot the Lights Out Against Kobe

The 2004 Finals. The Lakers' F4 fell apart amid internal strife, and a deathly silence filled the Staples Center.

Called upon in their hour of need, Jiang Ye, a Chinese undrafted rookie, was sent in during garbage time.

Suddenly, he awakened the Kuroko's Basketball System, merging the templates of Shintaro Midorima and Daiki Aomine!

With his 100% shooting accuracy on long-range threes and his freeform Zone state, Jiang Ye scored 30 straight points at Staples Center, forcibly defying fate!

Kobe wrapped his arms around Jiang Ye. “Brother, don't go. The Lakers are yours to run from now on!”

Jiang Ye went straight to the general manager's office. “Trade Shaq. I want Yao Ming!”

When the super trio of “Jiang Ye, Kobe, and Yao Ming” was formed, the entire league despaired.

Shaquille O'Neal: “I thought I was going to Houston to be the man, but now Yao and Jiang Ye are devouring me alive in the paint every day?”

LeBron James: “I've changed teams three times. Why do I still get swept 4-0 by Jiang Ye in the Finals every time? So who's the GOAT, then?”

Stephen Curry: “I thought my three-pointer was the best in the world, until I saw Jiang Ye shoot with his eyes closed from the center circle...”

Yao Ming: “If I stick with Xiao Ye, I'll have so many rings I won't have enough fingers to wear them. What am I supposed to do?”
