The girls in the shop windows, the flashing neon lights, the drug addicts on the street corners, and of course the gangsters of all races. This is heaven and hell. This is the most famous Frason Chinatown in New York, America. I am Fu Liye, a detective with the Asian Crime Prevention Bureau in New York City.
