The Ailing Sword Immortal

Reborn, he returns as the weakest menial disciple of the Tianjian Sect. His meridians are shattered, he pants after just a few steps, and even the spirit-testing stone barely lights up. Everyone thinks he won't last three months.

No one knows that a broken fragment of sword bone lies within him. It is the only relic left behind when the Lingxiao Sword Immortal fell a hundred years ago.

Use the bone to nourish the meridians, then temper the body through the meridians. After three years in hiding, the sword bone takes root and new sword meridians emerge.

Three months later, at the sect's assessment, the people who once hunted him are still waiting outside the sect. This time, he'll make them understand:

Sure, I'm sick. But killing you will be no problem.
