I Became a Fox Demon in Konoha

She transmigrates into the body of a 17-year-old shut-in girl with an Affinity System, and she's Kakashi's younger sister. She had planned to save the world by winning people over with her looks, but why has she already grown a pair of fox ears?!

Mitsuki never imagined her System would let her trade affection points for Fox Spirit Matchmaker cards. After finally collecting enough fragments to get Sister Yaya, she casually brings home a little Karin from Kusagakure. But Karin grabs her and says, "Can you look only at me?"

Mitsuki covers the ears that are nearly rubbed bald and falls into thought: Wasn't she supposed to take the ninja world by storm? How did she end up putting herself on the line first?

(The cards exchanged for affection points have their abilities weakened to prevent her from growing too quickly, though she was already growing pretty fast.)
