Living Weapon No. 13 Goes Berserk Today

Subject Thirteen, the living weapon known as Red Owl, went on a rampage today. The city fell, and the Federation launched a full-scale manhunt. While on the run, he was covertly guided by Nightingale, a former augmentation engineer. The Anvil and Viper, who are hunting him, each carry their own blood debts. As whispers of the Echo reveal the truth and the Priest’s doctrine begins to spread like wildfire, a war over humanity and evolution rises from the ruins. Every time Red Owl loses control, he tears away another piece of the mask worn by human civilization.
