Prince Xiang of the Great Ming: I Defy Fate at Tumu Fortress

[Alternate history + alternate geopolitics + Vatican and Beijing + Danube + Rhine + Tumu Fortress + Ural Mountains + Ming dynasty + System]

Autumn, the fourteenth year of the Zhengtong reign of the Ming dynasty.

Emperor Yingzong Zhu Qizhen leads a military campaign in person, and the main Ming force of five hundred thousand is surrounded at Tumu Fortress by a coalition of eight European princes and rebel Oirat forces. Empress Dowager Sun, Grand Secretary Yu Qian, and border general Yang Hong secretly collude to enthrone a false emperor, conspire with foreign vassal states to trade away territory for profit, cut off supplies to the front lines, and carve up the empire.

In this desperate moment, Prince Xiang Zhu Zhanshan rushes thousands of miles to their aid with a new Divine Machine Battalion whose weapons are generations ahead of their time. He joins forces with the Oirats, gathers the scattered survivors, sweeps across the Rhine defenses, lays siege to the Vatican’s imperial city, and uses thunderous force to eliminate the rot at court and restore peace throughout the realm.

Prince Xiang of the Ming declares: “All under heaven belongs to the emperor! Any foreign tribe that dares to take up arms shall be put to the sword!”
