Fu Wanqing is a woman from Good Fortune Village, but her childhood sweetheart tricked her into coming to the capital with a marriage promise, so the princess could use her to conceive an heir.
Rumor has it the crippled prince the princess married is vicious beyond measure, a man who kills without batting an eye.
Unfortunately, he is paralyzed from the waist down and unable to perform as a man.
To secure her position, the princess makes Fu Wanqing take her place in his bed.
Before long, he can’t get enough of her, in or out of bed.
Then the man is fully healed and rises to power over the entire court.
The first thing he does is pin her against the bed and lean down to kiss her.
“Wanwan, you’re always on top, and you keep saying you’re tired. That won’t be a problem anymore.”
Fu Wanqing: “...If I’d known, I never would’ve healed you!”
