[Adorable pets + feel-good power fantasy + mystery and suspense + wild imagination + heartwarming everyday life] “Your time is up, but your ledger is covered in red circles for good deeds. I’ll let you return to life if you solve cases for me.” Trainee officer Ye Xun takes a bullet for a hostage and dies on duty, only to be resurrected by a judge of the underworld and hired part-time as a Yin-Yang Inspector. By day, he catches crooks. By night, he catches ghosts. He also has a sharp-tongued calico cat by his side that calls him broke every day, but can send evil spirits flying with a single swish of its tail when it counts. The everyday life of an ordinary police officer, working overtime in both the mortal world and the underworld.
