Ling Ye is a senior inspector at the Space-Time Order Bureau and a legendary powerhouse hiding in the Golden Time and Space, with a combat power index of 18,000. Even Black Dragon gives him a wide berth.
To investigate the whereabouts of the forbidden demonic drug Hell Vision, he disguises himself as a good-for-nothing transfer student with a combat power index of just 750 and drops into KO One at Baley High School.
The whole class thinks he's a powerless nobody they can push around. Jin Bao San demands protection money from him, delinquents from other schools use him to make an example, and even Wang Dadong pats his shoulder and says, "From now on, your big bro's got your back."
No one knows that Ling Ye secretly steps in whenever Wang Dadong is struggling in a fight.
No one knows that he quietly restores order whenever the KO Ranking shifts.
No one knows that the quiet transfer student sitting by the window in the last row is the real top dog at Baley High School.
Then Zhong Wanjun falls completely to the dark side, the Corpse Warriors appear, Wang Dadong is driven back at every turn, and KO One teeters on the brink of destruction.
Ling Ye slowly rises to his feet and casually blocks a fatal blow. The moment he unleashes his full combat power of 18,000, every supernatural ability detector in the school overloads.
"Only I get to bully the people in KO One."
"Black Dragon, you think you can lay a hand on them?"
Wang Dadong is left dumbfounded. "Aren't you the little brother I'm supposed to protect?!"
