Hunting a Killer: Has Lawyer Lin Finally Met a Real Ghost?

Lu Yunqi, a mystery writer who expects to die alone, gets a “Hexagram of Idleness” one morning. Soon afterward, he happens to meet Lin Jingyu, a lawyer traveling a thousand miles alone to collect her legal fees. This beautiful, brilliant, and audacious lawyer shows him that life can be surprisingly interesting. From then on, he becomes her assistant, driver, and bodyguard, following her around like a lovesick puppy.

What’s more, Lu Yunqi considers Lawyer Lin the most steadfast defender of materialism he has ever met!

That’s because Lawyer Lin doesn’t believe in ghosts at all. Whether a female ghost appears in her dreams or a male ghost stands right in front of them, Lin Jingyu always says the same thing:

“I don’t believe in ghosts. Someone must be playing tricks.”

When he points in terror at the female ghost just beyond the car’s windshield and asks, “Still don’t believe?”

Lin Jingyu takes out her stun baton and gives the same answer: “No.”
