Three students, Sunset, accidentally traveled to the world of Kamen Rider Zi-O on a thunder night, and a Tomo Tokio dial containing the original power appeared out of thin air in the palm of his hand. His arrival completely deflected the original timeline: Gates from 2068 regarded him as a tyrant who would destroy the world in the future, and the Time Robbers deliberately tried to seize his power of time.
After settling down to the 9-to-5 day job, Sunset and Tokiwa Shogo go hand in hand, honing their control of power in the daily fireworks, collecting Heisei Knights' crowns and correcting the distorted history of knights along the way. He refused to be destined to be a demon king, and with the original intention of protecting the people around him, he walked out of the turbulent undercurrent of time and found his own path to the king of sunset.
